Returns
We want you to love your items as much as we do.... but we also realise that shopping online means you sometimes need to return something to us.
Each delivery has a returns form included to make it easy for you.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour you should contact us ASAP by email at online@christmasandbooks.com.au so we can hold the correct item for you until we receive your return. We can hold items to exchange for 2 business days.
Full priced items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or credit note.
Sale items can be returned within 7 days for a credit note. Our credit notes do not expire so don't panic, you will find something you love to use your credit on!
Gift vouchers can not be returned.
We ask you to ensure you receive a tracking number when sending items back to us as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless for some reason the item is damaged in transit.
Refunds + credit notes will be processed once the item has been received by us.
Don't worry, all of this information will be provided to you on your returns sheet.

Out of stock items
We update our stock list online daily, however if in the unlikely event two people happen to purchase the same item at the same time we will contact you ASAP to let you know the item is out of stock.
If we are able to reorder the item for you, we will let you know and send you a refund until the new item becomes available. Shipping times for out of stock items can depend upon the supplier but we will endeavour to keep you up to date. As soon as we receive the new item, we will contact you + let you know it is back in stock.
